What is the Ocular Care Community?
The Ocular Care Community is a specialist group for patients diagnosed with certain eye disease. If you are suffering from an eye condition, we encourage you to join our community and share your experiences with us. We post a number of surveys we have developed to discern a patient's subjective experience of various eye symptoms. This way, we can better understand the needs of our patients and offer them the support they need.
In what ways will you contact me?
We will use your email address to invite you to participate in new surveys and contact you with messages about the Ocular Care Community. Emails will be our primary means of contact. However, we may also contact you by phone or mail if necessary. To ensure continuity, please update your contact information regularly so we can continue to communicate with you effectively.
How does the Ocular Care Community make money?
The Ocular Care Community caters to research and medical organisations looking for genuine eye syndrome expertise. We will assist them by relaying your expertise on the severity of the eye condition. For your time and participation in each survey, you will be rewarded.
How do I become a member of the Ocular Care Community?
You can register with us by entering the details on the Registration page. During the creation of your account, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself that will assist us in sending relevant surveys to you. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox that will allow you to join our community.
I'm new to Ocular Care Community; how do I log in?
Since you are new to the Ocular Care Community, welcome. To start, go to http://OcularCareCommunity.com, click on Login, enter your email address and password. That's everything there is to it!
Is it possible for me to participate in Ocular Care Community Surveys?
If you have been suffering from an eye syndrome, you are eligible to join our community, take the survey and receive rewards.
Is it free to join the Ocular Care Community?
Absolutely! Each survey you complete will earn you reward points that can be redeemed for gift cards and other exciting prizes!
Is there a minimum membership period?
No. While we hope you will continue to participate in the Ocular Care Community and its surveys, you will not be obligated to sign up with us for a set period of time. If you want to cancel or unsubscribe from the Ocular Care Community, log in to your account and select "UNSUBSCRIBE" from the Account Settings icon in the top right corner (dropdown next to your avatar). You will not receive any correspondence from the Ocular Care Community after confirming your account termination.

When I log in, what can I do?
You can access your profile, discussion forum, FAQ, survey history, redemption history, review history, and other history from the Ocular Care Community dashboard. You can also see a list of current surveys, surveys about to close, and surveys you have saved for later. You can also recommend anyone suffering from the similar eye condition.
Why am I not receiving any email notifications?
Emails may be lost due to the sheer high traffic volume on the Internet. You can check your email and your SPAM/JUNK folder by refreshing the website. If you have not received it after three days, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com, and we will take the necessary steps.
Why has my account been suspended?
We may suspend an account temporarily or permanently if you engage in fraudulent activities or have created multiple accounts.
What types of surveys will I be invited to fill out?
On the Ocular Care Community platform, you may be asked for feedback on your eye condition, depending on the severity.
Is it possible for me to opt-out of a particular survey?
Each survey we invite you to take is based on a thorough examination of the disease. Hopefully, there will be more surveys in the future that you will be interested in. However, if you do not want to participate in a particular survey, you can always decline.
How can I get more survey invitations?
Make sure your profile is completely filled out and add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list.
Is it possible to complete surveys using my smartphone or tablet?
Yes, you can take surveys using any mobile device, tablet or desktop computer. We will specify in your invitation if our client requests a study that can only be completed on a specific electronic device.
Is it possible for me to complete an incomplete survey later?
Most survey links are valid for one-click only unless the survey explicitly states that it can be completed in multiple iterations; we recommend you try to complete the survey on the first attempt.
REDEMPTION AND REWARD
Will I be rewarded for completing surveys?
Every single time! We value your time and opinions and will compensate you generously for them. Each survey you successfully complete will earn you reward which can be redeemed for gift cards & other items.
Why can't I swap my earnings for vouchers?
You must have a minimum balance of £ 10 to redeem against vouchers. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have more than £ 10 and are facing issues redeeming. We will investigate them on priority.
For my participation, how much reward will I receive?
From the moment you register with the Ocular Care Community, you have the opportunity to earn reward points. You could earn reward for each survey or any activity you successfully complete (depending on the type and complexity and the time spent). There are many other ways to earn rewards in the Ocular Care Community, such as discussion forum, participating in webinars or feedback surveys, and so on.
Do my earnings expire after a certain period of time?
The validity of earnings is 12 months.
What is the best way for me to double-check my earnings?
To see your accumulated reward on the dashboard, log in to your Ocular Care Community account with your ID and password. Under the sub-section, you can also see a history of your total earned/spent earnings.

Why do you require my personal data?
How long will you store my information?
For a period of 90 days, we keep your data on file. Please contact us at email@example.com if you want your information removed from our database.
Will I be rewarded for participating in the discussion forum?
We value your time and opinion so each time you participate in a discussion forum you will be rewarded, which can be redeemed into gift cards and vouchers.
When will I receive my reward?
Once the responses are reviewed and the discussion topic is closed your reward will be available in the reward section of your dashboard.
How will I get notified when there is a new discussion topic/question?
When a question or discussion topic is available, you'll get an email inviting you to participate. Additionally, a notification will be sent to your ocular care account, and you may also check the invitations section of the discussion forum for it.
